Love (2015)
Director Gaspar Noé likes to make the viewer feel uncomfortable, for example the rape scene in Irréversible. In Love he goes one step further. The film not only contains a lot of nudity, but also explicit images of real sex, unsimulated. The story follows a passionate and destructive love triangle in Paris. The images are so raw that the film was only shown in a censored version in many countries.
Nymphomaniac (2013)
Lars von Trier is also a master of shocking cinema. With Nymphomaniac he made a diptych about a woman's sexual history. The film is full of nudity that is quite intense for the average viewer of Hollywood films. Body doubles and digital effects were even used to create the most explicit scenes possible without the actors having to do everything themselves.

That one scene everyone knows, in which a pantyless Sharon Stone crosses her legs during an interrogation, is legendary and has been frozen millions of times on VHS tapes. That scene alone is enough to give this film a place on the list. Although it is something we are used to nowadays, the amount of nudity in this thriller was a revolution in Hollywood at the time.

Caligula (1979)
Malcolm McDowell, Peter O'Toole and Helen Mirren in a porn film? You would expect a historical epic with these big stars, but the film was financed by the founder of Penthouse.
